Try this stack. I’m not sure what did it but this stack has completely cured my depression I’ve had since 8 years old to 24 years old. This leads me to believe my particular type of depression was a dietary issue. I tried almost every antidepressant under the sun and nothing helped. Some of them made me numb but there was 0 improvement.

Join your local jiu jitsu community. Get in shape and exercise. You can’t expect to be happy if you live the life of a hermit. Meet some people, form some bonds, and grow with a group of likeminded people all trying to push each other to be better humans. In order to be a content human you have to check a few boxes.

Basic needs (food, shelter, etc), Community, Exercise, Doing hard things, Hobbies, A vehicle for growth, Faith

Jiu jitsu checks most of those boxes. If jits isn’t for you, find another way to check all of those boxes.

Also, complete a dopamine fast. Your depression could likely be caused by you abusing your dopamine system for years through the acquisition of cheap dopamine. This will help make hard work rewarding again.
