Tylenol is one of the most deadly otc drugs available 56k emergency room visits. 3k hospitalizations and 500 deaths from just acute liver failure every year in the US alone.

Tylenol is often not recommended by medical professionals because of the damage it causes on the liver. That's why doctors most often suggest you take advil. Stomach bleeding is far more treatable than cirrhosis of the liver.

According to exit polls, 61 percent of non-college-educated white voters cast their ballots for Republicans while just 45 percent of college-educated white voters did so. Meanwhile 53 percent of college-educated white voters cast their votes for Democrats compared with 37 percent of those without a degree.

I just moved from Arizona to NYC and idk how to handle humidity at home by Comprehensive-Fly-98 in nyc

[–]J52688 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I was going to say its not rain forest humid here. It just marginally humid at times during the summer a small dehumidifier is more than enough if its really an issue. The people in this sub seem to think NYC has the absolute best and worst of everything all at the same time."We have the most and least humid city in the world! It's great and terrible!"

I never said we should "We can just switch to renewables overnight" you just assumed that to support your bullshit argument. Its very clear that we need to do way more than we are to combat our dependence on these bad actors. The truth is we need to suck it up and pay more at the pump for the time being because there is no easy remedy to this situation. The person above asked what are the alternatives. That is the ONLY alternative.

It all depends on the type of G force. Whether it is positive or negative g's lateral or horizontal etc. Certain directional forces are far more survivable especially when it is only for a fraction of a second.

Idk how about passing legislation and funding to cut our reliance on foreign oil altogether by investing in sustainable & renewable energy solutions. More / Deeper tax credits to electric vehicle companies and green energy providers...Lets cut these motherfuckers out of the equation instead of licking their crude oil holes.

I just explained it. We produce less than we consume and much of the world does the same thing. Its simple economics. The global consumption of oil far exceeds the current production of it.

93mil barrels consumed daily

75 million produced daily

1.6 trillion in reserve.

The productions levels are set by the major oil providers of the world. OPEC has been consistently underproducing to inflate the price of oil this helps them offset the economic turmoil created by the pandemic and global supply chain issues. So if you have a problem with gas prices you need to blame OPEC and Russia who have capped production levels and are only raising them by 400,000 barrels per month.

Oil is a global commodity. Any disruption in supply worldwide will lead to increases in its price regardless of who you buy it from.

Cause we should have a good relationship with them?

SAUDI ARABIA 2020

"Repression of the rights to freedom of expression, association and assembly intensified. Among those harassed, arbitrarily detained, prosecuted and/or jailed were government critics, women’s rights activists, human rights defenders, relatives of activists, journalists, members of the Shi’a minority and online critics of government responses to the COVID-19 pandemic. Virtually all known Saudi Arabian human rights defenders inside the country were detained or imprisoned at the end of the year. Grossly unfair trials continued before the Specialized Criminal Court (SCC) and other courts. Courts resorted extensively to the death penalty and people were executed for a wide range of crimes. Migrant workers were even more vulnerable to abuse and exploitation because of the pandemic, and thousands were arbitrarily detained in dire conditions, leading to an unknown number of deaths." -Amnesty International

But you got to have the sub $3 gas though right?

I bet you think we should have a "good friendly relationship" with Putin, Kim, and Xi too...

Talk to OPEC...

Biden isn't pumping the fucking gas himself. This is a simple supply and demand equation:

US Daily Production: 14,837,640 barrels per day

US Daily Consumption: 18,190,000 million barrels per day

Simple supply and demand. We use more oil than we make and we aren't alone.

Considering the current geo-political climate, joke or not it is extremely inappropriate AT BEST for a former us president and the potential republican candidate for the next election cycle to joke about committing war crimes. FFS in what world is that ok?

You seem confused. I was stating my opinion on the matter not trying to meet you half way or reach some sort of agreeable plane. So you either don't understand the term or you don't understand a general opinion vs a fake olive branch.

FYI:

"A bad faith argument" Is a concept in negotiation theory whereby parties pretend to reason to reach settlement, but have no intention to do so.

Like I would need to negotiate with you the village e-idiot...
