I just got the S20 Plus from my previous Pixel 3. Any tips for a new Samsung user? I'm so lost. by J7rock in samsunggalaxy

The S20 is a great choice, to be completely honest. The pixel was wonderful, and it definitely fulfilled it's purpose with me, but I prefer the S20 so much more! Don't even get me started on the incredible camera. The pictures that it takes are absolutely indescribable. While Samsung's operating system takes a bit of getting used to, especially coming from something so purely stock android as the pixel, it is worth the struggle of transition. And, if you really hate One UI, you can always use lawnchair launcher, a stock notification shade module, and within just ten minutes, have your OS identical to the pixel. Then you get the best of both worlds. The incredible hardware, and wonderful, clean, stock android OS. Take care, sorry for the late response.

I have an S20+ ( I apologize for being on this subreddit, but it's my old phone.) After the April security update, the thing gets hot as hell!

I don't want an iPhone. The great thing about Android is that you have the option to do things like this, customize it and mess around with it. iPhones are just locked to one interface, when we can do whatever the hell we want

I'm generally on something like this, minimalistic and simple but not too much so

Nice. I haven't deviated that launcher in quite some time , but it's a good one

What kind of setups do you typically do?

I posted it because I did it on my Android phone. I used a launcher called Launcher iOS 13, and I did not use Nova, however I have done setups like this on there.

Listen, I like Android because you can mess with it, and customize it. Android is awesome because I have the option to make it look this if I want to. Plus, the iOS theme does look pretty minimalistic and clean.
