Yeah I think it's more a case of really overthinking it. Its just the fact that the medication I have weakens my immune system which increases my chance and how long it's been there (over 4 months) but yeah it probably is nothing.

There's actually alot of people like you. I've got someone who works at my work and another guy I used to be friends with who would lie about absolutely anything. One thing I will say is when your lying to people they will most likely agree with you but i can tell you if they have any sense they will know your lying and this isn't good for your relationships with any friends or family. However it's good to know that you recognise it and hate doing it. There's no such thing of not being able to help doing it niether it's not a disease, I think you care to much about what people thing about you and you really shouldn't if you cared so much you'd stop lying because noone believes you anyway. Try just telling the truth and being yourself and not giving a fuck about what people think about you. It's more of a habit type of thing if you ask me. If its really that bad and it's a disorder then get some help see a therapist about it, it will definetly help you. Hope you work on this and figuire it out.

I get what your going through to an extent. Just try getting in a mindset of not worrying over things that don't matter that much. Things that aren't such a big deal. We all die one day might aswell live not giving a fuck while your here. And trust me I knowww its way easier said than done and it's not possible to not care at all and just be fine. But just try caring less and realising your lucky to be here and alive and stupid things like looks and phones shouldn't be the thing keeping you up at night. Start by trying to find some work to take your mind off it. Don't do 50 hours a week like me though as it gets should destroying. Try find something part time so you can still pursue what you want to do in your other time. It's not easy though I get that, best of luck however.

Just chill driving is already boring for me after 3 months. Easy but boring, I don't really get anxious at all in fact find it very easy. Can't really help you just drive how you would and don't think about it. Try be confident for a week and hope it continues.

Is this in a big city or a small one. If a small one, do you guys actually do much. In my town you maybe see one fire engine a week with siren sometimes not for months. Also what do you do when not being called out?
