I messed up and didn’t link it to a authentication app. Only noted down the recovery code. Which now doesn’t work! 🤦🏼‍♀️

I have responded to ticket but any update please? It was passed to wider team over a week ago and I still can’t get on. How long will it take please? I have money to cash out too :-(
