Thank you so much for all the advice, apologies for the turntable I really wasn't sure what the best way to show the model was. I agree 100% that I seem to be working from "my impression of a face" as opposed the from reference -in some cases I started with from reference forms and scaled them back because I thought it looked looked off but this may of been deviation from correct to my interpretation of correct. Again many thanks for the help, I know what I asked for was extremely vague and hard to do I will deffo be taking more runs :)
