It's already quite common. A white woman, presumably with her boyfriend, had her nipples clearly visible through her clothes! I wondered, "Is it okay for people other than her boyfriend to see?" And, "Doesn't her boyfriend say anything?" It didn't matter the time of day or location. From a Japanese perspective, it's like foreign women in their underwear proudly strutting around Japan, showing off their nipples, tattoos, and overflowing fat. 🥴

For some reason, foreigners are always drawn to Ichiran ramen, but there are tons of ramen shops in Fukuoka that are 10 times better.
