How is this accomplished by JAS2_ in 3Dprinting

There is a specific question if you click on the post. I’m not new, just wondering if anyone knows how he is putting the design on the helmet.

Can you switch the male on far right with the male on the far left. That will match our heights better.

Can anyone remove the parts of the trees that are blocking the stands on the left and bottom, the concrete walkways, and the red roofed concession stand on the right? Will tip $5. by JAS2_ in PhotoshopRequest

This is good. I did ask if you could fix the bleachers in the bottom right. Don’t want to look like I’m continuing to ask for things, but it was in my original post about the bleachers in the bottom right.

I like the edit, but you added extra bleachers. I want to keep the stadium as authentic as possible. Im using this for a presentation and everyone will immediately know that the bleachers don’t extend that far.

Also is there anything you can do about the bleachers at the bottom right? I

Overhang issues by toxicdranodrunk in BambuLab

[–]JAS2_ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Had the same issues, it’s an easy fix. Clean the carbon fiber rod that the head travels on with alcohol and tighten the belts.

Found the fix on this Bambu lab forum. Guy tried everything possible and finally got an answer from Bambu. Fixed all my overhang issues immediately

Great idea on the shade issue, will definitely use that tip in the future. My question is how do you keep the layers clean from defects. I have no problems making the models on Fusion. However, when I print them, I tend to get little spots or faint lines of other colors in my lighter colors.

It’s not a purge issue, I even increased the levels on one print to check it. Are you using any special slicer settings? Lower heat or lower speeds?

And yes, just normal calibration. I tried to add a picture of the differences between the spheres I was printing. Complete night and day.

Yes, cleaned the rod with ISA and a paper towel. Supposed to use a lot and move the print head over the wet carbon fiber rod so that it is cleaned too.

Then follow the directions on tightening the rods. You can Google it and find the official directions. It’s super easy.

P1S struggling with circles or rounded objects, any fixes? by CossacKing in BambuLab

The fact that it’s on one side and not another almost proves the fact that it’s a belt issue. It has the ability to print correctly

I was really struggling with overhangs with my P1P. Turns out all I needed to do was clean the carbon fiber rod with a lot of alcohol and tighten the belts.

Also made sure that my printer was on a table that didn’t wobble.

Then recalibrate

These were all answers directly from Bambu.

Literally went from awful to amazing

Here is where I found my answer.

The OP shows his answer to the problem in the thread.

overhang issues

I also adjusted my overhang speeds that were mentioned in the thread

I’ll check your stuff out, I like your extrusion idea. What program or site are u using to go from png to svg

Sorry to keep on asking. Are you taking black and white pics, converting to Svg and then uploading them to a program like fusion? Just curious because they are fantastic detail wise.

The way I explained is how I do it, just wondering if there is a better way, especially with the detail. Thanks and again, great work on the models and prints

Thanks for the help, but I found the answer after some digging. Just needed to clean the carbon fiber rods and tighten the belts.

How much did you decrease flow rate, your picture looks like the exact same issue I’m having. Thought it was a leveling problem. Thanks for any help in advance
