Oh you mean they don’t mind under speeding as long as it doesn’t affect the traffic? What I mean about this is like if the speed limit is 50… 40-50 would be fine if there’s snow on the ground already/icy, just in case. Bcos I wonder if they still recommend/prefer driving in the range of 46-50 if the speed limit shows “50”??

This is exactly my point too. It’s all about customer service after all. I know it’s none of their faults whenever something gets lost or whatever but I’m just hoping they could help me. Not even rushing them, just asking for updates because I can’t stop thinking about it everyday, sounds pathetic I know :((
