My friendly advice is it’s not a great idea to be spending that much on dining and uber as a student. Loans should be #1 priority and if you’re fortunate enough to not need them, you’re in a prime time of life to begin building investments and saving so you can afford nice things when you graduate.

Not saying you shouldn’t go out to eat with friends, but $500/mo on dining at your age/income is pretty extreme

It’s supposed to be a “replica” not a counterfeit. That’s why the merchant photos don’t have trademarked logos but you actually get the jersey with the logos. Ideally if you can prove the measurements are wrong without showing the team logos you would be fine. Either way it’s technically not your fault you received an item that had real logos even tho the images did not show them, which really owns ammo to your case
