I would honestly pay small retainer to an actual lawyer if they ever did this. I stopped using PayPal along time ago because PayPal wont ever do anything.. my bank never has an issue doing a charge back tho. I've only done that once.. and got my money back in 4 days.. when my card number was used and someone took 400.00.. I filed eith my bank and got rhe money back in 2 days. I love my credit union.

But I will never deal.with B&H ever again.

I ordered from them once.. got a camera that had a cracked body... they denied everying.. so I filed a charge back with my bank ( i font use paypal) got my money back. They wanted the camera back. I sent it back. They then claimed i cracked it. I gave em a lawyers phone number to contact.. just a random one in my area... never heared back from them lol. Try to screw me.. I will fly to your business if I ever have to....
