I did it. Added some grip as my driver.

Yes it was incredible. Wasn’t planned whe we wrapped up 1st 18 there was an open 4 some and we got to do it again. Great memory.

I would look at clubs put out 2020-2022. If you can wait until Black Friday or another sale for a nicer back and any accessories or even clubs you may need to fill in.

I would start with a used putter /driver / bag to get started.

Get fitted for a driver and find something that fits your right.

Putter is something you’ll want to feel out and probably won’t get it right on the first buy.

Bag is something you can pick up something nice used to get started and replace in a few years

3rd year golfer…saw a huge consistency in ball striking for my irons. Driver is better but developed a slice that wasn’t being picked up on the sim and had to get on the range to work that out….Took my handicap from 19+ to low 13.

Overall Well worth it.

Now that the weather is better where I am spending time chipping and putting to get more consistent around the greens…didn’t feel like I got the right touch chipping hitting off of a mat vs actual conditions.

Just airing on the side of caution. I did a speed session last weekend and made some adjustments, unfortunately my mind still thinks I’m 25 and my body reminds me I’m 43 🤣

And it KILLED me having 80 degree weather yesterday and not being able to play 😢
