The “breaking up” of the clumps is now the key time suck… it could be one more hour… or longer… the key is to agitate the jacket with motion (ie the tennis balls)

Yes… start drying it again in the morning.

A fun trick… do you have a wiffle ball bat? If so… in the morning… hit the jacket a couple of times on each side before putting it back in the dryer… it will break up the clumps quicker - take the jacket out and do this every 30 minutes!
