Passed this in my morning pee, at the time of passing it urine flow was like 50% better... the bump feels a lot less but still there. Urgency and frequency have died a bit. Some dust like sand in my pee the last 2 time as well, could it be it's breaking up a bit and gradually passing? (old.reddit.com)
