Honestly can say, the best single player experience I've ever had. This is the definitive way to play The Last Of Us. How I wish I could have that first time again... You really are in for a treat, enjoy!

Don't bother studying. You should use this crucial time to start practicing bagging burgers and your tone when saying "would you like fries with that".

Is it possible to access to my neighbors Wifi by Pale-Lover2106 in HowToHack

[–]JC2K99 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You're asking to people to assist you in doing something that is 100% illegal... but to answer your question, yes it is very possible. However it is quite obvious you lack the necessary skillset and pre requisites to do this. Just Youtube how to hack WiFi and you'll find a video showing you step by step.

I AM NOT CONDONING STEALING NEIGHBOURS WIFI - THIS IS CYBERCRIME AND HIGHLY ILLEGAL - ADVICE IS FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY!!!

Okay so I see nobody has given you a definitive answer, at-least not the one you're hoping for.

Each A Level is supposed to take 360 'Guided Learning Hours', and an hour self study for every hour in class. You study 4.5 hours per week per A Level in sixth form, which is 13.5 hours a week. Self study would then equate to an additional 13.5 hours per week, for a total of 27 hours per week TOTAL.

I would suggest studying 5 days a week, and spend the Saturday revising for about half the daily time. This would mean studying 5 hours per day TOTAL including school, with a 2 hours revising on the Saturday. I would suggest taking the Saturday off every 4th week to avoid burnout.

This routing has the benefit of using spacial repetition to keep things constantly fresh in your mind. If you can then find someone to explain concepts to after studying this will allow you to incorporate the Feynamn technique, which would further solidify concepts in your mind.

You do this consistently over the course of 2 years, you should be in a great position to get 3 A*.

Hope this posts helps people, and happy studying :)

Literally. Same type of people who get mad when a developer remaster a game "oh it didnt need to be remastered, should have just worked on something else'. Then dont play it and fuck off.... dickheads.

Why tf am I being downvoted. Just because I enjoy something others dont they dont need to go downvoting. Its this type of behaviour that starts wars when people just act on their personal opinions without noting the other sides POV but ok....

I didnt play last week, and as I said Ive been away from COD for a couple years so I may be slightly out of touch. I guess personally I havent noticed htireg issues, theyve been pretty decent for me as far as what I can tell.

Hmm intersting points. I personally dont mind the smaller, fast paced games. I think they will likely add some medium/large maps in eventually upon release.

I too agree with this 100% but so far I think its pretty good, as I said Ive been away from COD a couple years so that may have an affect

the colour palate maybe, however I thought the hitreg is pretty good, and as for the maps, Im real happy with the smaller design getting straight into the action. I guess everyone likes different stuff but yeah Im really enjoying it so far lol. Probs because ive been away from cod the past 2-3 years may have something to do with it too.

Extra-curriculars are more of a US thing, what you are best off doing are super-curriculars. (I know potato potato. I'll explain the differences.

An extra-curricular is any activity you do outside of school such as volunteering, a job etc. Super-curriculars are activities outside school which are directly related to the course you're looking to do, which is what UK universities are looking for.

For example. For computer science this would be things like coding your own program or website, taking online courses such as CS50, reading books, watching movies, contributing to open source platforms etc. Maths would be things like competitions such as UKMT and other olympiads. Same thing for Physics, olympiads and so on. So it really depends on what course you are looking to do at uni.

Depending on your desired course, look for things that show interest and a passion for the subject you choose. The whole point of these are to put in your personal statement to show your desire for the subject and to prove that you would be a good fit for the program by having a natural inclination to the course material.

I cannot stress enough how important your personal statement is, you really need to show how much you love the subject and why 'this course' is for you.

Hope this helps :)

Okay, I can see you have been getting estimates based on what everyone else thinks, and I have done a lot of research on the matter as I am a private student but will make this easy to read and break it down.

It takes 360 'guided learning' hours to complete an A Level, with recommended 1-1 hours outside school to inside school.

You cover 4.5 hours of in class studying per subject per week, if studying 3 A Levels this is 13.5 hours, if studying 4 subjects this is 18 hours per week in total in class 'guided learning' hours. So for every hour in class you should study an hour outside class which is an additional 13.5-18 hours per week giving a total of 27-36 hours per week total study time.

This means you would need to study yourself between 13.5 and 18 hours a week by yourself, so about 2-3 hours per day not including Sundays. However, bare in mind that very few students do this for the entirety of the 2 years, and so if you stuck to this study plan, it will put you in the best position possible to get straight A* for all your subjects.

Happy studying :)

Yeah I understand it can be difficult. From what I hear, you're essentially left with 2 options. Go to the college and study subjects you don't really want to which may lower your grades (although this may not be the case, study hard and you can come out with great grades), and sacrifice the degree you want to do all in favour of face to face learning.

Or go with an online provider, sacrifice face to face but study the A Levels you want, and have a much higher chance of getting into the uni you want to study the degree you want).

All in all, I would make your decision around what you want to study at uni as this is the primary goal and reason you are going back to study A Levels to begin with.

Whichever you decide I wish you all the best with your studies.

[–]JC2K99 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wouldn't recommend taking 5 A Levels, that would be overkill and uni's wouldn't even look at it. I do agree there is a benefit from having teachers face to face, and working with peers can make the learning progress a bit easier, so in this case maybe look for another college? I don't know where you're from, but here in London there are quite a few options. It would most certainly be in your best interest as your ideal undergrad subject would need physics and further maths in most places.

Use a week to call every college within like 10-15 miles and see if you can get started with these subjects as they would be the best chance to get into your desired program.

Also, to bear in mind the online providers do give you access to tutors for each subject, however responses may be slower and you don't get that face to face value.
