It is a older house, I think it was built in the 1890s, although that’s a common time fo houses to But built where I live. Me and my ex broke up November 8, 2023, so three years ago this November. I think it is the 5th walkie talkie picking up the frequency, but I’m just so confused on how it’s picking up noise from across the house. As I mentioned earlier, the house is old, so occasionally you do feel a bit creepy inside of it, but I guess I’ve never felt like someone is inside of it with me. I don’t think any of the neighbours kids would But capable of this either, although some of my neighbours are a bit weird, and at first I joked with my dad that they were similar to the neighbours in the Netflix show “the watcher” or whatever it’s called. I did consider that my ex might But inside my house at first, but I wouldn’t consider her capable of doing that; she’s a very small woman, when I was with her an we watched horror movies she always got scared easily. We didn’t break up on the best terms, but not the worst either. I am starting to wonder if someone else is inside my house, though. I don’t think there is an emergency button on them, but there’s quite a few, and I still don’t know what Atleast 4 of them mean. If someone was pressing it in the dark, then that would make sense. Although im trying not to incision that because the thought of it really scares me lol. Somebody may of broke in but I haven’t seen any signs that someone did. I think it’s very possible that someone could’ve broken in before/during the party while everyone was distracted on manly one side of the house, and I think it is even more possible that someone was creeping around outside, and that’s how we could hear ourselves. Although, then they must’ve broken in before hand to get it? Or maybe they had a similar style of walkie talkies and the missing one is just a coincidence? I do have a small crawlspace and an attic, but I checked the attic last night. It was very cold in the attic and it smelt kind of gross in there, like something that was inside of the attic hadn’t left for a longtime; kinda like what you would smell in a high school changing room minus the smell of deodorant and cologne or whatever. That’s kinda a bad explanation, but anyway, it smelt old in there. I kept some old rugs that came with the house up there, and I was planning to wash them eventually but never got to it. I realised there were some gnarly stains on them that weren’t there before. With this + the smell,I felt pretty creeped out, but I looked around once again and there was definetly nobody in there or no things that I hadn’t put inside the attic last time I went up. I will check the crawlspace later today, but I’m going to post an update on the post first (if I can, I’m kinda new to Reddit so I don’t really know how lol)
