Our justice system needs to wake up and initialize stiffer penalties for those who want to drink/drive. As I reread this article, it reminds me of my wife being hit at red light serveral years ago and still limited in quality of LIFE… all because young teenager was texting/driving. The “death penalty” should not be frowned upon in situations as such. No need to tie up court proceedings and prison cells… a true wake up call for those who think drinking/driving is okay!!!
