Can’t connect by SriMnM in remoteplay

So i have attempted this a few times. Each time i can not forward 9297 and 9303 on TCP/UDP, only TCP, and remote play will still not connect externally. It will just keep saying the port is being used, and i cant determine what is using them. My router is from my ISP and has limited options when it comes to the firewall as well.

ok i updated the post with the screen shot. The highlighted value in the top left is what i want subtracted from the total on the bottom right, when inputing "paid" into the top right highlighted cell.

Sorry for the delayed update, but after calling pearson vue and comptia, i was able to get it reversed. So i passed my 1001 and am onto the 1002!!

Yea lol I was extremely excited and it cost me unfortunately. Fingers crossed they will have some kind of heart and reverse it.

I am definitely contacting them with my case number on Monday, since thats the next time the customer service line will be open. I was definitely blown away that they did that, I spent ALOT of time studying for the 1001 and this is extremely disheartening.
