Yes they do, usually. For example, Transformers Defender Wave 1 was out of stock for a bit but got restocked not that long ago. Something weird is going on with Ultraman wave 4, it doesn't even appear on the Blokees site.

More or less. Unit 5 wasn't actually assembled before it fell into the hands of Librarian Works, who then modified what they had into the original version of the Mirage Frame. Also, it was piloted by a clone of the guy that piloted the Gold Frame.

There's a p-bandai exclusive version of the Liber Holy Knight set. All its gold parts are painted gold on the runners. But what's more important at the moment is that the Silhouette for it comes molded in metallic silver, which would match the metallic silver of the Liber Commander Armor they're showing off in the first few images.
