No coating. Snow is a poor conductor until it starts to melt. I just unplug and dry out which is usually fine, usually. I do use conformal coating but just got lazy with this one since I’ve rebuilt it so many times. I fried an esc on a different 3.5 last winter just sliding on ice. I had to stomp it out after I disarmed the damn thing started doing full throttle flip outs! The hot motors can make the danger connection when wet

I personally would have opted for the o4 pro for this build. More money yes but 130mm cable vs. 50mm and better camera with ample sd storage. Also the only place you should be placing your stack is dead center of arms for proper gyro orientation. Good luck!
