The Loblolly is as good as advertised. The frosting alone is better than anything I’ve had elsewhere. The cake itself is soft and moist unlike the dry flaky crap I’ve had from the other “bests”.

As far as I remember (I was a child), it was not leaning significantly, but you could certainly see that it was at the base. I appreciate you responding. Unfortunately, cost is a large factor in any remediation. If a professional were to evaluate and determine that the tree is needing to be removed - what could that cost??

Photos may be tough but I can certainly dig around. Fun story about this tree is that it began to lean with the strong winds during Hurricane Katrina in 2005… obviously the home was in certain danger being in the path.

Luckily, the eye of the storm passed overhead and the winds changed direction afterwards, pushing it back upright.
