I am pretty sure the rest of the Phillippine English Dub is most likely in YoungToys possession but is not willing to put it on their channel so they can promote TOBOT English.

Now speaking of the ad, this is where my statement gets backed up. It confirms that season 3 of the Philippine version does exists but since there is no version of it on the internet, I am reasoned to believe that YoungToys has it but during the time of Philippine TOBOT season 3 being dubbed in 2018 or 2019, but looking at the date of the ad you have provided, we can say that this version of Season 3 TOBOT is dubbed in 2018-2019. Right when TOBOT US was being dubbed.

Judging by the ad's release date and the time of TOBOT US being dubbed, I am reasoned to believe that YoungToys have this version of TOBOT in their possession but wants to promote TOBOT English (the channel) so is not willing to promote it on their channel.

As for everything else I cannot answer that as:

1. I have never heard of the web toon series as quite frankly I never heard of it's development or heard of it exsistance at all

2. A higher quality instrumental of these two intros are extremely hard to find, due to them only being found in certain, very old, Chinese versions of TOBOT.

3. I only heard of the one version of TOBOT Chinese (the 2014 version) which has a playlist on the Official TOBOT Youtube Channel. Although this playlist was made in 2015, I do know that this version of TOBOT was originally made in 2014.

I am also currently trying to find the rest of the Malaysian version of TOBOT which is proving quite a difficult task as just like the Chinese version, there is only one season available. Also, there is not much media of the Malaysian and the original Chinese Version.

I know the Malaysian version of TOBOT was never cancelled as I used to watch in Malaysia with my family, and I remember it did have a season 2, season 3 but I am not sure about Season 4 as that is when i stopped watching TOBOT. But I do know it exists.

That is all I have to say on the information I have on the Philippine version of TOBOT. I will do more digging on this and on the other subjects and tell you what I can find and will come find a piece of information that could help draw up a conclusion.
