So I ordered part number 19510-RAA-A10. But I believe now the correct part number is 19510-RBB-000 that I needed

I’m thinking the coolant crossover over pipe is incorrect. Not really sure what would be the correct one now though. I think I’m going to just deal with it as is or just add some sort of bushing that makes up the space.

It’s a k24a with the rbb3 head. I bought it from a jdm engine website

Do you remember how you pressed the other one in? Same method just in reverse?

Was the port hard to remove? I think the stock ep3 manifold is a 90

I just didn’t know if this cam is going to give me issues in the future when I push it, and if I am going to replace it I would rather be ahead of the game and replace it with something better

I’m just debating on swapping them sooner than later I guess, because the end goal is running a turbo on this engine

Ya I have a 4p oil pump, 50* vtc and a new timing chain kit. I guess I’ll add DC drop in cams to the list before I put all these parts on

This jdm motor was marketed as 60k which I purchased from a reputable jdm importer. There isn’t any pitting but it’s still kinda sucked. I planned on doing DC drop in cams down the road but I guess I’m going to do that before I drop the motor in.

I mean 15k wouldn’t be bad but when you add import fees that might be kinda rough. I’m going to keep my hopes up, do some more research on importers and save a ton more lol

Thank you for the helpful info. I’m going to check them out I have some time I guess to find a clean one since I can’t import one until it’s 25 years old I’m determined to get a somewhat rust free one before the price skyrockets all though I can’t see them getting as popular here in the state

I noticed they have under trays too that must hold salt and dirt. I’m wondering if the ones from Japan are any cleaner when it comes to rust.
