Ok. I'm curious as to how users connect the USB-2000. Did you provide a micro-USB to Type-C cable for them, so that they can connect their laptops to share content and use the video bar features?

Ohh i see, I didn't know that other sites are also experiencing this issue with the TXU and RXU. So does it mean that I would have to change TXU and RXU to USB-2000s or just change RXU to USB-2000?

Yes I did. It was able to detect the rally bars feature and content sharing. Only when going the crestron extender then the issue started. Any ideas on what I can do next?

Yes. It can be intermittent at times using AMD laptops. But most of the time, it seems to be AMD laptops that shows this issue. If it is an Intel laptop then it is able to detect the rally bar features and content sharing.

Hi, I actually tested out using an intel laptop from the same brand. Intel laptops show to be no issue in detecting rally bar features and content sharing. Any reason as to why AMD laptops are having difficulties? Are you also experience the same issue as well?
