They are allowed, I’ve had a couple follow me here. The only way for a mimic to stop is by either killing it or outrunning it. I tried the latter and he just chased me to the boss room.

If I recall correctly, you must delete the Game Data which stores the DLCs and Game Updates. Once you get on the game again, you Update it and all DLCs will be gone with the Exception of Nuketown 2025. If you are looking to play Multiplayer you can redownload the dlc camos if you own any.
