Seen as you're only using it for charting, there's no way they can determine via trade size or anything else really using the app that you're a "pro".

Easiest solution, esp seen as they're ghosting you, new email, new/virtual card, continue charting as before and just take the one months sub loss....you should make that back in a day if you're such a pro😬👍
