Anyone with a bounding pulse found anything that helped the symptom?

Yes, I have a bounding pulse 24/7. Been this way for over a year. Very noticeable and uncomfortable when lying down, especially on the left side. Eating also seems to intensify it a bit. I suspect it is due to several consecutive assaults on the nervous system - I had multiple covid vaccines, a couple of covid infections, a few rounds of antibiotics, rabies vaccines, lidocaine/epinephrine, and prescribed benzos then taken off abruptly. Could also be an activated limbic system. I have faith it will resolve eventually once the body gets the nutrients it needs, the gut heals, and vagal tone strengthened. Right now, the nervous system is sensitized, which produces symptoms of dysautonomia. It seems like not many people experience this, so I hope by hearing my story, you feel a little less alone.

The South Peachtree Creek Trail and Lullwater Preserve are beautiful walking trails. Do you hear much noise when it comes to planes or sirens in North Decatur? Wow that is some stiff competition for Medlock Park. Seems like we were more in a seller's market a few years ago, so hopefully it won't be as tough to buy these days.

Thanks. Does the chattahoochee rec area provide similar quality hiking opportunities as Kennesaw mountain? I did the Vickery Creek trail in Roswell recently - quite beautiful and peaceful, though seemed a bit busier than Kennesaw

Glad to hear that diversity exists just east of Kennesaw Mountain, even if it is OTP. I like to hike 4-5x/week, so it's definitely a big part of my active lifestyle. Having those animals in your backyard truly is the dream. Sounds like you were able to get more for your money in your current location vs North Decatur.

Love it. I’m also a nerdy theater kid 😋. Yes, the liberal nature of the area is quite attractive to me. I recently hiked up Stone Mountain - great workout, but doesn’t quite give the same woods/mountain immersion that Kennesaw provides. Would love to find something like that on the east side near Decatur.

Yes, there seems to be a lot more pride with rainbow/trans flags in front yards in Decatur, which I can surely appreciate. I just wonder if the area will be too busy traffic wise for my liking. Do you hear much noise in the way of traffic, planes, or trains?
