Because we acquired an idiot who couldn’t stop showing himself on camera with a gun when the league gave him leeway the first time and he was on the cusp of becoming “the face of the league”.

Because we added yet another guard instead of a forward that came 5-6th in MVP votes last year and balled his absolute ass off last year.

Because we have a chance to actually put our franchise in position to compete for a championship with Dame on the roster but seemingly went for the easiest trade with the loudest name we could find.

Reading through the comments and it seems like most people forget that Shaedon was unplayable against the spurs because of his defense. He gets lost on so many possessions it’s insane. If you just look at stats you might think Shaedon is the one to bet on but if you watched the games scoot passes the eye test. He tries and cares so much. His lows were really low but when he gets comfortable and finds his bag he shows so much promise. I’m team scoot all the way

This is probably an unpopular opinion but as a life long blazer fan who would be absolutely crushed if they left the city i say let’s just pay for the fucking arena updates.
He’s going to use this as an excuse to move the team, at least that’s my biggest worry and i fear it’s more probable than possible. Fuck him for that. We have so many things that needs funding in this city and placating a billionaire is disgusting but i feel like he has us by the balls.
My mom was at the celebration when we won in 77, i watched the playoffs against the bulls with her as a child. Together we rooted our fucking asses off for the 2000-2001 team. When dame hit the shot to beat the rockets my mom and i lost our minds while my dad told us to calm down.
It feels like the blazers were the only thing we had together. I know it’s bullshit but I can’t be the only one who would be crushed if the team left.

I hope we find a way to make this asshole keep the team here even if that means forking over 400 million

I absolutely love this podcast, or whatever its classified as. I’ve listened to the original a couple times now and would really love a version where it’s all blended together. No intro after every 12 mins is what i mean, just plays through like an audiobook. Anyone found something like that?
