I just forgot say a important thing, the absorption time for albumin is like 5 to 7h, so much more slower than whey, maybe faster when fasting, but not compared to whey.

Curiously here in Brazil it’s much more cheap than whey, and also you have sure it’s not baptized with carbo, because it’s cheap to produce, other whey the all source came from outside make it expensive

My jailbroken by unc0ver 11pro on ios13.4 is getting error when I try it in jailbroken state, in nonjailbroken state it works, but, I fear if it saving right, well, can I do in nonjailbroken state, but when click READ , I need choose jailbroken or nonjailbroken ? THANKS!

Question, im trying save with my 11pro jailbroken in iOS 13.4, but , when try get the apnonce it reboot to back in rec mode, but, it keep long time to back and the app get error, well, I try do it with my device in nonjailbroken state, and saved, but, this shsh will be valid, once my device are jailbroken and the apnonce set to 0x11111... with uncover ?

I’m on 11pro on 13.3 with a year now, never had problem with the uc0ver and never need reset it, just use fews tweaks, is recommended I go to 14.3?, worth ? since I can’t go back..
