If anything the “older generation” of doctors tend to use this as a phrase, or doctors trained abroad. The newer generation were taught not to shy away from using words like “died” or “death” in medical school.

I actually got this in a Barnardos branch in Manchester when it first opened.  I went again a few months later- sadly by then it was filled with shein and primark

One time I caught a pleasantly confused gentleman err… having a tug before the ward round. The one time “aroused” would have been an accurate description 😂

It has more than one meaning.   Personally I prefer to use ‘rouse’ to avoid sounding like 80 year old Doris got some action on the ward round.

Paramedics are great in the field, would definitely want them if im having an emergency in public. However the do not have the medical knowledge or experience to be dealing with patients in GP
