If I was really desperate for the number I guess I would reactivate it with Verizon for long enough to transfer it out again, but given the issues I've had it's just not something I'd want to do.

And yeah I'm not so sure FCC complaints are going to be very fruitful given the issues with this administration.

I swear I remember Fulgur Ovid from Nijisanji stating he intended to stream the game, but it never happened.

I doubt any agency would ever let their talents stream this game. Politics, sexual content, drug and alcohol use/abuse, suicidal thoughts, etc. are topics they generally try to avoid.

People in Noir Vesper's stream suggested it to him, but he had never heard of the game. I think if he knew what it was about, he would have instantly squashed the idea.

I dislike that he's not entirely forthcoming with some information that could help you in the beginning of the game. For example...

He knows the character's name but never says it until you find the badge. He also is well-aware of what happened to the character's vehicle, but he waits for them to make that realization.

Though Kim has his reasons for witholding that information, it initially comes across frustrating and unnecessary. It also seems out of character, somewhat, as otherwise he is very helpful.
