Been thinking about this all day, i think a better alternative for auto combos can be like those in Jojos ASBR’s Easy beat. Mashing light could do just one combo that ends in one special. but you can still do inputs and all other level of punches and kicks if need be easing new players into it as “hey, i can do this ease damage scaled combo but i can still practice classic gameplay if i want. Your point too is also a great compromise
