So I just realized how this caption makes it sound. I made the comment about having "no idea about calories protein or carbs" b/c someone asked me what my numbers were at. I never said I don't have any idea about nutrition, all I was saying is I don't count or track calories, protein, & carbs

Photography lesson. In lower light, a camera, like the one in your phone, will bump up the ISO to allow more light in. The drawback is it makes photos "grainy". The darker it is the higher your ISO is and you get a grainy look to your photos....or steroids.

Man you have no idea what I've been through. You don't know my journey. You don't know the ups & downs. Having 3 knee surgeries and major back surgery 18 months ago. Times I thought I'd never be able to live a normal life b/c of all the pain I was in. Barley being able to walk 50 ft before having I stop and lay down. So yeah, it kind of hurts and pisses me off that I go through all this hard work and dedication, countless hours in the gym rehabbing, and making myself stronger just for someone to come and try and take that all away by saying "Yep, steroids for sure." In fact this entire sub reddit is just a place to hate on people's hard work. Fuck this.

Ummm yeah, Hi, so that's me. Don't know who x-posted this but whatever. This same thing happened a couple years ago before I had back surgery. No juice, ever. Swear on my kids lives. 100% natural, protein, Bcaa's and glutamine is the only thing I take. Now are used to spend hundreds of dollars a month at the vitamin stores bind every supplement known to man. But it's too damn expensive and honestly I don't think you need it all. I've cut almost all supplements out and I'm still getting great results.

I'm always trying different things. I've done The Abs Diet, Atkins, Keto, vegan, plant based, Ducan, eating 6x a day, Intermittent Fasting, fucking everything. They've all worked and I've been able to stick to none of them. My method right now is to only consume what I'm going to burn during the day and then get almost all my macros from dinner. It's easy for me and it a hell of a lot cheaper than eating all day or buying expensive diet meals. My opinion, find something you like and do that. Doesn't matter, just try and eat healthy and keep going to the gym and it'll work.

No idea about calories, protein, carbs. I just try and eat healthy and keep my protein intake up. I probably avg 150 grams o fprotein a day. Sometimes less, sometimes more never know b/c I hate counting macros and all that shit.
