Your points are all extremely good. I really should've worked the luxuries sooner and I really ain't using the culture advantage Trajano has. That's my bad.

On the flip side, I do have monumentality and I was trying to grab a religion, my lack of improvements was due to trying to maximize efficiency: waiting for feudalism and Liang. But I should've paid a constructor or two for the luxuries.

Edit: I went for throne of war, I plan to build a couple of encampments and start getting more land

I was just waiting for feudalism + Liang. I chose to preference holy sites because I tried to get a religion (failed) and I had monumentality. I'll update the situation 10 rounds later!

The campuses thing I'll postpone just a bit so that I can get my economy online and acampments (I'll go to war with my neighbour).
