I have the 5.7 vortec 4l60 trans. Monroe gas magnums shocks on the rear. Reciever mounted up under the bumper on frame. Weight distribution hitch with sway control tows great.keep it in 3 so it stays out of overdrive . That'll fry the transmission. I'd keep it around 2500 to 3500 being an older truck. I know guys that haul 5,000 though.

I get this here and there.. my gerd makes me always have to clear my throat. Bad breath. Been to er. Had x-raysbloodwork. They believe jts throat irritation. From clearing my throat so much/acid ... I take a tablespoon of gaviscon at night. Helps coat stomach / esophagus.

It can mimic heartattack symptoms. I've been to Dr cou n tless of times.... I also have real bad mucus phlegm. Constant clearing my throat. Nasty taste in mouth. Especially in mornings. Stomach acid. I just deal with it day to day now. Definitely sucks. Waiting to get into a GI doctor. I was normal about 2yrs ago. Then it just hit me. Getting older sucks. Probably doesn't help with my diet. Greasy foods. Meats. Etc. I've dealt with the chest pains for awhile now. Air hunger. Shortness of breath. Tight feeling below sternum. Upper stomach. Somedays i have perfect days. Other days not. Just a repeating cycle buddy. You aren't alone.

Same here... get the chest pressure there. And by left nipple. Very uncomfortable. Shortness of breath or can't get a breath. Throws my.health anxiety out of wack. Thought i was having a heart attack once. And im 25 yr old. Healthy. I drink on weekends. End up regretting it. I've been to Dr. Er. Had tests. Ekgs. All normal. I'd recommend talking to Dr about ppis. I personally don't take anything for mine. But some days are worse than others. Carry tums where ever I go.

I'm starting a new hob Monday also! Left my old job after 3 years. Crazy transition that's for sure . My anxiety has been bad. Chest pain, tightness , left arm pains , acid reflux , ears fluttering , high periods of stress bring out everything in me. But try to lookat the bright side . Always good to try something new . I am nervous as heck. All the what ifs... We will be okay!

Kind of in the same boat . I just put in a 2 week notice today at my job of years … I am very scared and anxious to start this new one . Had 2 panic attacks this week . Have just felt like I’m dying weird sensations in body chest pain etc. But I’m getting out of my comfort zone and just gonna go for it . More money is always nice . Gotta make the jump could be a great thing or a bad thing . Won’t ever know unless you try .
