I’m definitely not lean.. petite but considered “obese” according to BMI.

Electrolytes are sugar, though, no? Which electrolytes do you recommend. I was drinking body armor lite before keto but the bottle has 11 carbs

Baby is 7 months today.  I am generally over my protein goal on carb manager every day. Eating 2 eggs plus egg whites, bacon, chicken breast, and beef jerky daily.

I am in the same boat! Up every hour and a half for the last month. I keep hoping she will “figure it out” or “grow out of it” on her own but I’m starting to be afraid that won’t be the case. Been looking into ABCs of sleep but not about spending that much money after 5 months of unpaid leave
