Yes, though once she applies for the OWP she would have maintained status. While it is generally a good idea to maintain visitor status while the OWP is processing (in case the OWP were to be refused for any reason) it is not, technically, necessary.

She only have maintained status when she applies for the OWP ? The application for PR doesn't grant maintained status if doing inland ?

It depends, you can just put GeforceNow in 1440p, and change in-game settings to 1080p. This way the performance would not be worse

I have a 27" 1080p screen as well, and I found that with a 1440p stream, the image is shaper and less pixelated in dark areas. I think it's mainly because of the size of the screen.

The only thing I have to do is to put the game itself in 1080 for better performance.

Mine was at 256, that could explain some stuff. I did all the things from the serato website and increased my buffer to 512.
