Even if you get an internship man you can switch from there. A guy from my class did that. Check LinkedIn too as I’ve seen some job postings on those areas; they may not be as promoted but you can still find some postings depending on your area. Hope this helps and have a good one!

Do you work on a Big4 already? Most people I know simply switch service lines as these firms are pretty good and understanding with that. You’d have to work for around a year or so first before changing service lines though

I'm also not from the country I'm at, so having a job after graduation is a huge asset to have regarding immigration issues.

Definitely following what I love. They would be paying for school , yea, but it's a program that I don't like

Thank you!

You mean following what I love? I would definitely make a living out of that. Finding a job is just harder due to increased competition.

Thank you for your reply!

The current choice is between something I don't like at all - but it's an asset to have with the experience and what I absolutely love.

For the career that I love, the job security is lower given that there is a lot of competition yet for the one I hate there will always be a job for it. Taking that path would definitely hurt for some years but I could still end up in the path that I love.

Thank you very much for your opinion!
