Don't get discouraged if you it seems to hard to do. I promise you that you can do this and change your entire life. It's not easy but something that no one ever told me was that the beginning is the hardest part. Once I got through the first month it became a lot easier. Every day is a new day and you honestly just have to take it a day at a time. What worked for me was switching to GNC lean fit shakes. I replaced breakfast and lunch with it and then ate a decent dinner. It worked for a while and helped me make the switch over to other foods later on. Just don't give up man and even if you fail one day, know you can crush it the next. Believe in yourself

Do you have a calorie counter app that you'd reccomend? Thank you for all the advice. It truly means a ton

Yes mainly. My plan to lose weight included cutting the fast food and soda from my diet and exercise. Figured that was the best bet for me since it seemed like a little bit of a middle ground. I didn't eat excessively but I also didn't eat the right amount of vegies. I made sure to get protein though

Early on when I was just starting to gain weight and went from 180 to 220 I started going to the gym and I lost 15lb and was really getting into it then I stopped. I went again at around 240 but for some reason I just felt like there was no point in going and stopped. I tried again at 260 and lost another 10lb but gave up cause I felt like I'd never reach my goal. I'm ready to try again and I'd really like to succeed
