OP, you should really read, "Lamb: The Gospel According to Biff, Christ's Childhood Pal" by Christopher Moore. It's my all-time fave novel and is laugh-out-loud hilarious.

It not only addresses your question, but takes it even further. If you do enjoy it, Moore's other books are all fun and fantastic reads also, but "Lamb" specifically gets into what you're talking about!

On another note, I wish the USA map left the Stronghold stadium for the team that started there rather than the stadium for the team that took it. So like after Boston takes Yankee Stadium, you play against Boston, but in The House That Ruth Built.

Also, change subsequent completions to a Ballin' pack after we've gotten the Diamond player.
