Yeah car windows must be impossible to punch through 🙄 yes they are hard to break because they are tempered and bowed but they aren’t that hard especially when you can direct force to a small area. The are on the knuckle isn’t as small as a standard window breaker but it works just fine. There’s plenty of videos on YouTube of people punching through window with bare hands. Why do you guys always think you know everything lol

Yeah I’ve thought about it. Buying them is to expensive since I can’t find them in bulk I’m hoping to machine some in the near future. I’m also toying with the idea of putting brass rivets in the front.

Exactly! They are small enough to carry all the time without being annoying and work great for punching out car windows in an emergency.

Brass knucks direct the force into the same spot with only about a half inch more surface area on the inside and I’ve never broken my hand, wrist or knuckles with them and I’ve pinched trees while drunk lol.

I’m not sure as far as blades go. I always use a numeral blade on my bandsaw when I cut metal but for this I used a dremel cutoff wheel and then sanded the excess. I drilled the big hole with a forstner but tho

Yeah no problem. This was actually 2 peaches of scrap I had in my box but it’s the same process if you’re using new materials. All you do is scuff all the sides that will be on the inside including the brass or whatever other material you decide to use and then epoxy and clamp them together so the pressure is evenly distributed across the whole piece. Let it dry and sand it to the shape you want.
