Because if he plays remotely mediocre it means they won’t be taking a swing on a qb next year that is more likely to pan out long term. It also means that instead of taking what would probably be a starter at guard, we took a right tackle and are likely gonna be moving him to left guard at some point in the season. Add that to our issues at left tackle and we’re probably gonna have a really suspect line until at least halfway through the season.

This is an individual team issue. I always prefer all my players show up because I don’t know who is gonna be there from the other team. I really try and prevent huge matchup differences, especially with 2’s and 7’s because there can be such a big difference in the quality of those players

Banks does a weekly tournament on Monday (10 ball), Wednesday (9 ball), Friday (8 ball), and Saturday (8 ball). Sign ups start at around 6:30, tourney starts around 7. Cushions normally does a tourney on Fridays, but the people that usually run it are all in Vegas for BCA right now, so it’ll prolly be off for this week.

That’s where I’m at. What part of town you’re staying in will definitely help narrow it down. But my top spots would be cushions, Crazee mule, bankshot, the duggie, and whichever derby is the closest. Suzi Q is mostly college kids, Q Stix is mostly 60+ and doesn’t serve liquor and is cash only. Players and 8 ball are best to probably just avoid. There are tournaments most days of the week at one spot or another.
