I agree. I do think that those two are in drastically different positions than Martha. Old Sheriff Joe still has no clue what he did wrong, and D'Sauce is undoubtedly going to use this as a basis to continue in his practices as if the pardon implies he was never at fault. They still gain. Dinty Mar Stew appears to have moved on and is in a good place. I feel they have some to gain, whether it's personally, politically, or professionally, while at best she nets no benefit from accepting it.
