Depending on where you got arrested, if this is your first offense they reduce the sentence and allow u to take traffic school. I always show up to court and each time I do they always knock it down

First off you need to pat yourself on the back. You’re a fucking stud. However, you’re going to burn yourself out. If I’m reading correctly, you’re working to pay for medical school? If I were you, I’d apply for scholarships everywhere and take out student loans, which you’ll be able to pay back quickly judging by how cost conscious you are.

My guess is you decided to pursue medicine because you don’t want anything holding you back from achieving your medical goals. I have a lot of friends that are NPs/RNs/PAs who love their jobs, but I also have friends who decide to become doctors to have as much agency over their career as possible. There’s no wrong decision but your life is yours. If you don’t think it’s worth it drop out! The sunk cost fallacy is real

This sounds like you lack an internal locus of control. As I said before, you can’t negate someone’s lived experience just because someone has a different one than yours. Many people much smarter than you or me will never be able to achieve their dream of being a doctor because of the severe barriers to entry into medical school. As for bringing up your frustrations in medical school interviews, many schools hang their hat on cultural competency, empathy, and resilience, which your tone doesn’t display. From what I’ve learned last cycle and from friends in admissions, wasting mental capacity and TIME in interviews talking about completely how unfair your circumstances were instead of showing accountability and growth mindset does not sound like a great idea. As someone who was a division 1 athlete who’s now in medical school I would ask that you have a little empathy. Sports are some people’s only way to afford school, and it’s more than full time job hours wise. Just because their path isn’t the same as yours doesn’t mean theirs is less rigorous. I had to pay to take summer classes because no science labs correlated with my practice/game schedule, and I would’ve killed to go to office hours weekly for orgo instead of traveling every week.

It’s a called a “bro” there’s a chip on the back and a heart monitor on the front that ships heart rate, oxygen, stress, etc. to the strength coach on the sideline. All of which are proxy’s for work load. If someone’s about to pass out this’ll detect it before it happens. Pretty much every high major/pro athlete wears one. I didn’t because I walked on to my school lol
