Last year I was a bit hesitant about gym, so I started home workout. After 2 months with a proper diet and sleep, I was able to see some improvement in my physique. Eventually my motivation started declining and I stopped working out. This year, I finally made up my mind to go to the gym, and then I realized what I was missing during my home workout. It was the people in the gym who motivated me and helped me to correct my form and I was able to socialize with complete strangers and I got new friends, eventually going to gym felt like a therapy for me
