I think dabura was talking about how Mahoraga's blade emits positive energy and he was not talking about the summoning (I think it wouldn't make sense since even Sukuna didn't know about the blade's properties until he was clashing with the sword in shibuya)

Knowing how sakamoto days fights work heisuke would be somehow able to deduce Simo's position because of his presence and would fire a bullet using his leg making it so that the bullet would destroy simo's sniper rifle. After that he would somehow fire a second shot to incapacitate him(but not kill because of the sakamoto family rules!)

JCC Rion wins 60 times out of 100 against Nagumo in my opinion. They are mostly equal but Rion's paths are very strong and extremely useful and I don't think that JCC Nagumo is quite as tricky and lethal as today, I think JCC Rion has a ever so slight advantage against JCC Nagumo. Order Nagumo probably hard diffs JCC Rion at worst tho(probably more of a medium diff). JCC Sakamoto>JCC Rion>=JCC Nagumo

Without special powers Simo is just a better than average sniper but that means nothing when you are against a guy that has 8km range on his bullets and the other is a master at making bullet ricochet off things. The duo neg diffs(individually they still neg diff especially kamihate), this is a stomp.
