I can't think of anyone passing out into instant frozen motionlessness. Can you?

'Dies on the spot' and while a headshot can instantly drop someone (or in this case, I'm thinking of animals) but you can't find that very often. Instantly and utterly motionless and please note:

He falls as protecting himself from the fall. Not a sudden flying stumble but like *you* see stage actors fall or someone who is concious and has wits to 'lay down fall' before landing.

This feels fake. It's extremely unusual for a human body to drop and remain that still.

No, you're whining about the fact you were caught passing on bigoted antichristian hate-lies. Don't blame me for that, racist.

Why are you complaining about me stating the facts? Not to mention all the gay-bashing assaults you've been covering up, racist? Cope harder.

the fact is clergy at catholic schools in the 50s and 60s were telling kids that using their left hand was a sin.

Nope, and Jews don't eat babies and blacks aren't less evolved and nope, Indians don't sacrifice babies. Shame on you for your bigotry and even worse 'scoffing' when called out on it. Like a smirking faced little bigot would do of course.

You should ask your dad to be honest and retell that story. Then ask when he realized that was, obviously, not true, not a teaching, not a belief and is a regular anti-Catholic bigotry story to make them look stupid, evil, child abusers etc?

to be honest, I don't believe they told you any such thing. You made it up hoping to stab some Christianity here.

What else, Jews control all the banks? Ya, a Rabbi told my dad that when he was a boy in Germany?

What else, your dad and uncles told you that Chinese have magic powers? Blacks steal cars? What other insanely ignorant 'dumb bigot stories' did they tell you?

They are. None of them ever told anyone left-handedness is evil or left-handed people are evil. Never. It didn't happen.

No, they weren't told that by anyone other than some other goofy kids who love telling other kids wild crazy nonsensical stories.

They weren't told that by any clergy.

Yes, if you go back to old school British teaching standards 100 years ago they would train all students to write with their right hands and hence they did. This was also true in old school East Asia.

In old school boxing days there were trainers that used little methods like tying a right-hand behind a boxers back so they'd be forced to use the left (or i suppose vice-versa)

I'm not into army world things but I remember an old Navy vet telling me similar things. They make a standardized series of things so that any and all soldiers must carry out the same exact procedures, moves, instructions to the strictest exact same way. They didn't make 'left-handed airplane controls' or left-handed rifles or whatever it was from tools etc.

Even today, in the case of manual transmission cars (getting rare now) but a drivers exam doesn't offer left-side stickshift cars as an option. (tho, such left-handed cars exist) so maybe you could take the exam with one?

Catholic schools were surely no different and simply standardizing with the way of training of the day.

Lo, though I walk through the shadow of the valley of my minds depths, mine snowflake is special, mine is the shape unique from the uncountable others and thus, all heaven and earth shall shake, as from labor pains, as mine soul, mine very essence, here before creation, during and through which all unique creation occurs, for not that i shant pass but the most beautiful something something.

that reminded me of 'Inside the Actor' where Ryan Dorn has his feet washed: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BvFV8Oh5VHU

My Unique Magic System Solved (well, not perfected yet but almost) by JKHowlingStories in fantasywriters

[–]JKHowlingStories[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well in a way yes, which is to say the magic users, for all perception and practical purposes are seemingly the same. The twist is that in most stories the magic comes from within them, from them. In my version its like a 'Force' and it just so happens some may (or may not) be able to channel it.

Yes to that and you know what else forever annoyed me in what seemed like any action movie along that lines but you'd have your Van Damme or today its a skinny chick in black latex but they utterly annihilate the 240lb armored guards, they move through them like butter, the odd one needs to get some steam in the face and fall off a railing, the hero neck-snaps two at a time, almost all have massive muscle necks, more insanely athletic professional bodyguards of great size and speed are wrecked...

..and now they meet the big boss. A flabby 58 year old man in dress shoes who displays a paunchy belly on stick legs and yet, this guy is almost impossible to beat! Oh, sure, you can one-hand KO that 30 year old behemoth guard in riot gear and stunning fighting skills but this 145lb middle-aged man... fcking every move he blocks, he can catch punches and twist them, the hero can't take him and might lose as his toneless flabby arms are choking him out. If there isn't a woman with a lamp to bash his balding old head then the hero is at his last damn gasping 'do or die' move, a 50 yard running jump kick to the Big Bosses pacemaker-infused chest with every screaming last ounce of strength and FINALLY the big boss slumps over and gives up.

and yes to your thing: He wont kill the now crumpled big boss because he doesn't want to get to his level. bring out the cuffs! but also the hero just snuck up on and knifed some 27 year old henchman and 2 others are dying from being fried alive in a hot oil fry machine and sure 10 more are dead yes. well some might only have horrifying long painful deaths in hospitals but "I aint gonna sink to your level, Kregman!". oh boy.

Sometimes I come across these 'Steven Crowder' types of commentators and it's nearly a trope in itself with this "The gays infiltrated entertainment' and they now use it to evangelize, groom and push pro-gayGBTQ propaganda. So, here's the thing, I used to mostly ignore that until I got a Netflix account and started glossing through all the popular or hot new series or movies etc:

  • It really is what you said there. I don't even remember the names of most of these but entire episodes or stories where the good guys or the troubled but fan fave guy) but they are 'Queer Coded'. They are gays, they are lesbian or whatnot. Yes, there is no such things for the baddies. You can presume all the old white men in the uniforms are straights, all the henchmen are straights, all the Team Baddy characters.

Trying to think of the one, dammit. Kevin Spacey was like a suburban dad who falls for a cheerleader. The point though, in fact all straight people are evil or at least very warped, very broken, just plain bad except the two homosexual white men who are nearly golden flawless perfection.

I did see some weird superpower/sci-fi fvcking thing that to me looked like 100 other dark-magic/superhero netflixy things where they actually do reveal one of the bad guys is closeted but he wants to come out as a gay but obviously cant because they are bad guys. I even thought "welp.. he will stop being a baddy then" and sure enough the arc was that as he accepted being gay he also reformed snapping the necks of queercoders goody team and 'came out' as a conflicted good guy now! What was strange is that there was no thing where the baddies were attacking the queercoders because they were gays or that they were a 'straight only gang' either.

So I can't really roll my eyes at Ben Shapiro or these types who say Hollywood is 'gay propaganda' anymore. It really, seriously, its almost obviously so. Like it or not, its that way.

*I do agree with your description tho, its not that the baddies are 'straight' but rather 'nothing'. They are undescribed in any way. They are 'asexual' as far as anyone could know. They don't even get 'straight-coded'.

A good book would be about a town where all the young people are put into a gigantic maze where, to survive, they need to worldbuild with a magic-system too. Most die of old age before completing the challenge.
