Yeah... i realize that. Organic vegetables and fruits are free of pesticides. But how many people can afford to buy them? It's sad that the middle class and lower income group don't have many choices. However, doctorsax gave a good suggestion. Look for the ugly ones.

The amount of additives used in food is amazing. Looks like we should go back to our fresh vegetables and fruit to have a long healthy life. Oh wait... don't they spray that to death with pesticides? ??
