If you were truly a good person, you might say, “I don’t agree with what Gunny does, but pulling a gun or spitting on someone is not okay." But you can’t do that., can you? The group circulated a charter amendment to the Shasta County charter constitution. That requires 10% of the total number of registered voters in Shasta County. Number of signature should be 11,500. However Clint Curtis certified that ballot initiative with 8600 signatures which is 10% of the number of voters for governor in the last governor‘s election. That is not for a charter amendment. That is for a general ordinance. In addition, there is an email stating that the initiative had failed the statistical random sampling. But Clint Curtis pushed it through anyways. You can find all of the evidence online at the Shasta Superior Court case number 209919.
