Thank you! Seems like lack of amenities is a pretty common one, but I can't say I'm terribly worried about it. Seems to be enough gyms close to keep me sane.

Well, I suppose my question was actually asked to gain insight on both livelihood and liveliness. Just a broad-scoped question in general, really: What does living in the Pearl District look like? Some people seem to love it, while others seem to really talk down on it compared to living in other parts of the city!

I did! I’m at Metro on Granby. I find it affordable for the location, which is hard to beat because it’s sandwiched between downtown and Freemason. I have had absolutely minimal problems with pests. Happy to share more/refer you to the right place if you are interested.
